They were excellent. We talked a couple times before making the equipment reservation. They were prompt in answering questions and knowledgeable about their equipment. Prices are fair. Equipment is in good shape. They were very easy to work with and offered to assist with a flexible rental agreement if the project had to be put on hold due to potential inclement weather coming in the next day. I did request a certain bucket size and received a smaller one, but it did not make too much difference for our project. They apologized for the mixup, which is awesome business in my opinion. I would definitely use them again and recommend others to use them.
